Release Overview

The Remote Collector (RC) v17.09.02 release provides improvements in SNMP device autodiscovery. The most recent Main Appliance (MA) version is v17.09.00, released January 13, 2022.

SNMP Autodiscovery Support Addition

Based on customer requests and feedback, the Device42 v17.09.02 RC now provides SNMP autodiscovery for CyberPower PDU81001 devices.

Bug Fixes

• Resolved an issue in which SNMP discovery for Nexus 3000 devices sometimes returned incorrect data for VLAN trunk connections.
• Resolved an issue in which SNMP discovery for Mellanox SX1016 and Arbor devices sometimes returned incorrect or incomplete device serial number data.
