If you are experiencing scheduled or one-time advanced report emails that fail with a status of "abended" you can resolve the issue by modifying your mail server settings.
Navigate to Tools > Settings > Mail Server Settings and click on the edit button on the top right of the page:
Click on the save button on the bottom right to overwrite the existing settings. You do not have to change the details such as mail server or credentials, you are only saving over the current settings.
Restart the Device42 VM after the mail settings have been saved over and test an advanced report email when it comes back online.
