Bug fixes with v9.0.4:

• Editing a device type other with subtype as rack in location, didn’t show rack option to be selected. Now fixed.
• Some missing international translations. Now fixed.
• Bulk IP operations when editing IPs with selected type was failing. Now fixed.
• Device building filter was not working correctly on list page. Now fixed.
